Seniors Day Program Assistant

Assist staff where needed with the delivery of activity programs such as; with the meal preparation and serving (clean up after lunch and snacks), assist the clients with their lunch and / or their participation during activities.

Friendly Visitor

Some of our clients can go days without seeing someone to talk to. Our volunteer friendly visitors provide a lifeline to people feeling isolated and alone, especially during the winter. If you can spare 1-2 hours a week to visit an older person or person feeling isolated then get in touch.

Meals on Wheels Driver

We have a fantastic team working hard to prepare delicious and nutritious meals for our clients. Our friendly meals on wheels drivers really help to distribute them to anyone who needs them. If you have your own vehicle and can help then please get in touch.

Transportation Driver

Many of our clients need help and assistance getting to medical appointments or even to the nearest shop parade. Our volunteer drivers offer a fantastic service offering transportation across the city. It means they don’t have to rely on lengthy public transport journeys to get around. If you have a vehicle and can spare a few hours a week then get in touch.

Fundraising Volunteer

If you are happy to roll up your sleeves and have tonnes of energy then maybe you’d like to volunteer at one of our fundraising events. There are just TOO many roles to list here but if you want to help at our next event and find out more then get in touch.

Grocery Bus Attendant

Assist some of our Seniors on their grocery visits by helping them on/off the grocery bus and assisting them with any heavy bags.

Cycling Without Age Pilot

If you’re a keen cyclist and want to have the chance to burn some calories while helping our seniors – Why not volunteer to be Cycling Without Age Pilot?

This role provides rides for our senior clients on our state of the art Trio-bike!
